As a frequent traveler for both work and pleasure, I always appreciate a hotel that offers a good location and comfortable amenities. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property fell short of my expectations. the room was small and lacked basic amenities such as ironing facilities and heating. the free wi-fi in rooms was spotty at best, making it difficult to stay connected. the flat-screen TV was outdated and the carpeted floor felt dingy. On a positive note, the lift was convenient and the staff were friendly. However, the lack of attention to detail and the overall lack of luxury left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected more.
